How we determine the payment amount.

Selling Price

We determine the net price of the property by considering its characteristics, market analysis, and direct competition. Additional website fees, varying by platform such as Airbnb or Booking, are subsequently added to the net value.

Website Commission

From the total amount of the reservation, we subtract the commission from the website where the reservation was made.

FLH Commission

After withdrawing the commission from the websites, we withdraw Feels Like Home commission (30% or 20%)

Amount Payable

The final amount to pay to the owner will be the net price with no site commission and no FLH commission.
