Our team of specialists starts by assessing the house and its inventory - check if everything is in perfect condition, make a survey of any missing items and what are the best adaptations needed to start receiving guests.
After the preparation process, we carry out a professional photo session and list the house on the main booking platforms. We work with the best software to ensure that the calendars are always up to date.
Check in/Check out
For all reservations, we make a personalized check in, with the most relevant information for the guest's stay, with instructions of the whole house and main tips of the city. At check out, we ensure that everything is ready for the next guests.
We work with our own cleaning teams to maintain the Feels Like Home quality standard and ensure that every stay is unique and unforgettable for only the best reasons.
Our laundry room is prepared to wash tons of laundry daily and keep our operation running smoothly. As we do in house cleaning, we also guarantee quality in our laundry room.
Our Maintenance team is always ready to intervene and respond to any situations that arise. We also advocate a prevention policy, making periodic inspections of the house to ensure its quality before the entry of each guest.
